March 17/18:
Wiltshire Safari Greenlane Adventure.
Devizes Start, then around Sailsbury Plan, end up around Marlborough.
All this can be yours for only £100 per Vehicle.(max 5 vehicles).
This is an advert from this months LRO mag.

Question: Who gets to keep the £100 each, Why would you pay to drive on the byeways?
Who would go on this trip?.

This takes takes place very close to home for me. I have been out for weekends ( last weekend spent with Friends did over 50 miles playing in the mud and water)
cost just the derv.

How can this advert be advocated by this mag. its not on.
I have an OS map for area(excluding plains). and we all go for free:(

Just looked this up.....Isn't just advocated by the rag it's their own 'adventure club'

If I didnt know you lot and trust you enough to 1) know where youre going and to keep me legal and 2) help me out if I get into trouble, I would go with them.

I can't read a road map with big signs without getting lost, let alone byways on an os map and I'm sure I'm not alone.

People will pay someone for knowledge and skill they don't possess...good job I met you lot and came to understood the strange power of cake :D

That knowledge and skill can be learned, you didn't always know how to bake cake:D

I fear there are not enough years left for me to live that would allow me to develop the skill of reading a map and rhen following a route whilst not getting lost :D

If I can teach a group of 15 year old inner city kids how to read a map & navigate in 2 days, then I am certain an intelligent woman like you can learn it in a few hours.

She never said she was intelligent :D

I am intelligent, and can read a map, but the problem arises rhen I try to put that map into reality, then there appears to be a bit of a problem linking the two. At this stage of my life have accepted that I am navigationary challenged ...its a disability you know, be nice :D

you better sort that out for sunday 110. :D your leading a couple of lanes i heard.

That's right, I'm leading the adventurous group, or is that foolhardy ...lol

Strictly a follower when it comes to laning, happy to be in charge in other activities ;):D
