Evening all.
I currently running 235/8516 on my 90 they are rubbing the radius arms doing my head in can I change to 245/70/16 and will it help going for a set of big horns. Or do I need wheel spacers. Graham.

What wheels do you have? I run 245/75R16 on one 90 and 265/75R16 on another 90 without rubbing. I have Modular’s on both. You can always wind the stops out a couple of turns to stop them rubbing

Thats why you are rubbing the radius arms then ....
If you are near Lanark I can adjust the 'stops' so the tyres miss the hockey sticks, this does reduce the turning circle though...

All you need to do is adjust the steering lock stops as Def90man said. It's very easy to do and costs nothing. It's something you should check when you change your tyres anyway. Manufacturers can alter the design of the same tyre, so worth checking. You will either prevent rubbing of your new tyres or improve your turning circle.
 
I was under the impression that boost alloys and 235/85/16 was a standard set up take it it’s not.
That is standard fit. Why do you seem to not to want to listen about adjusting the stops??

If you want the most lock, then you’ll need wider offset rims or spacers. As they will move the tyre more outboard and allow more lock before hitting the arms.

It is a standard fit, your wheel stops are out of adjustment. It will take more time to drink the tea than adjust. You need to check (and adjust) every time you fit new tyres to achieve the optimal turning circle (without hitting the radius arms).....
If you fit different tyres ... guess what ... you need to adjust the stops - it's how it works.
