what tyres do people use and how much do you pay?

i need to buy some, mine are a little crazee, might not pass MOT.......

any recomendations for a allrounder, i will be doing a bit of off roading round the farm and green lanes, but dont want lots of road rummble.....

I find that the BFG Goodrich AT's are great. They make an acceptable off road tyre if it's not too hard core, and quite comfortable on the road. There are a number of companies that produce cheaper tyres and have copied the basic tread pattern, these may be worth a look?

colways are decent tyres at a decent price.

colways are the same as goodyear wranglers. they used to be made by goodyear, not sure if they still are

Yeah Colway tyres do the job and they're the right price. BFG's are a bit too pricey for chucking down lanes, especially if one gives out.
