I run 7.50 XCL's. The front offside tyre is wearing badly on the inside shoulder. It goes in a straight line and stops in a straight line no problem. I run the tyres at 25 psi. The nearside and back tyres the wear is really even.
Any ideas?

cambers off i think. you know the toe in/toe out stuff. Try getting it tracked...

yer camber int got much to do with tracking which on a series would affect both front tyres.

if there is no play at yer hubs, either swivels pins or wheel bearings you might wanna look at yer bushes..
