Pikey Dummy Ejection Facilitator.. Mar 15, 2008 #2 well the answer is in your post. 235 & 265 is the tyres width 70 & 85 is the height of the tyre expressed as a percentage of the tyres width and 16 is the diameter of the wheel rim. so do your sums and the differences will quickly become clear.
