hi just got a disco td5 1999 with no hand book can any one tell me the tyre pressures for 235/70/16

hi ian i run same tyres on my disco one 235/70/16 bfgoodrich and i put 30psi front and between 32-34 on rear have no problems feels well ballanced regards colin
