mine r at 40 all round (88") on same size tyres
50 if u want to slide everywhere
12 if its really squashy
and all inbetween
go up if u want more MPG
down if you want to go even slower

just use emegency soft when required
can decrease rear to 25 if weight on rear axle less than 1050kg
