I have a discovery 1 which does go off road every now and then and is used to launch a boat on a beach.

I have just replaced the front tyres with geolander g015. I wanted heavier treads but my searching did not find them. I have now found general tyres grabbers a/t tyres. These are what i would of liked. Is there any issues with sticking a pair of grabbers on the rear.

Nice thoughts only please.

So long as the size matches no probs but might handle strangely as sidewall flexing between brands differs.

I wouldn't.

Based simply on the fact that the rubber's the only thing betwixt me and potential disaster and whilst the tyres I have may not be great on road, they all act identically and predictably. Mixing even just tread patterns up can have very different effects, as can tyre compounds, sizes, weights etc. BTDTGTTS
