Ive recorded my wastegate, mainly to see if i can diagnose the high pitched noise im getting. But also noticed the wastegate moves..but seems reluctant, only on a really hard sharp press of the pedal

any thoughts on the high pitched screech noise?

It sounds more like a exhaust manifold is leaking / missing studs
