Well hope your all well indeed. Haven't been on for a bit as works gone crazy. Landys still falling apart but it is doing its job very well. Time to get bit more done to it.

Has anybody returned one? Would you know the part numbers for all the bits at all? Can't find a diagram and local guys haven't been much help.

Would like to do away with all the silicone and get back to a good functioning window before summer hits.
