The next project on my Landy is likely to be tree sliders, so I put a search into google.

I thought they fitted under the door as I want to use them as a step.

First thing that came up was this on fleabay

Has this guy fitted them wrong or is it me

those arent rock/ tree sliders. thats why. They are body sliders.

Those are tree bars. Rock sliders you want. Up where you are there's several shows where they sell them cheap. I think rst is up your way too

According to the folks on here I dont, they aren't big enough to use as steps, I need tree sliders as they stick out a bit further.

Wasn't going to buy any from fleabay I was just researching, every time I do that someone confuses me

The things on ebay are body sliders. Tree sliders are rock sliders with the bar that sticks out on them. Rock sliders can also be called sills or jackable sills.
