I have a '87 ex-MoD 110 NA 2.5 diesel which needs a transfer box change. I'd like to use one with the later input gear for lubrication. I understand that this will require a change of the LT77 mainshaft to the later type also. Is this within the realm of do-it-yourself with common tools or are there proprietary tools and fiddly clearences to deal with?
