I'm thinking of putting some tractor wheels and tires on my truck, it has axles from a discovery (s2 I think) 24 spline, would these take say 55" tires with only light road use and no off road use? Would 55mph rated tires be legal for road use even? And what would be the best way to fit, have new wheel centres made? Currently have 44" fitted, any thoughts welcomed, thanks

It's more of a show piece than a full time driver, as I was following a tractor with huge tires earlier I was wondering if it would be possible to get some on it, it's only 9' tall... I need more

anythings possible once the axles wider than the truck ;)

If he wants to make it wider and taller could always get some mog axles ;) they're good for 60mph aren't they ?

Easily get some 50" tyres on that and they'll be way wider  if not some Danas or ford truck

One of the rescue guys at Foxham has those dumper truck tyres on his disco and he can go anywhere with them....except the road!

oops, wait till the usual suspects get home from work and see this.
