Does anyone know of a Tow hitch that fits a discovery 1 and bolts into the 2 holes in the rear cross member behind the bumper , i am looking for a tow hitch that is easy to remove without the tie brakets that go onto the chassis.

As you're a noobie you probably don't realise. But you're not allowed to advertise Products from Scrapiron Racing as they're overpriced and badly made. However there are several other companies that make all in one tankguard/removable tow hitches such as Southdown and Guardian 4x4 (quiet cheap) as well as various others.
