Hi Guys,
That answers that then, I need to stay with a 2005 MY or older as I tow my 2000 MY RR for hundreds of miles at a time running at motorway speeds behind a Motorhome, a maximum of 30x30 does not do it for me. I thank you for the detail that was very helpful.
Cheers

not being funny but wots ya opinion worth when a arsey copper pulls ya and hes missus aint put out in a while, he'll **** ya.:doh:Hi, I dont want to start another forum debate over the old chestnut of towing a car on an A frame, IMO it is legal if you follow the known regulations and your insurance companies (both the Motorhome and the trailed car) requirements. I use the following A Frame Blue Ox Tow Bars and the following braking mechanism BrakeBuddy UK - Vehicle braking system for safe towing with your motorhome I then follow a few other things which are my interpretation of the law. As for the question on the Motorhome, yes it is a small yank not a massive one, but as is the case with most yanks it has the capacity to tow several tonnes.
