I just had top class service from a local independent landrover specialist.

The barrel for the ignition lock packed in this morning and I was unable to turn the key at all, and the discovery was stuck in the local Tesco car park. I phoned Inverness4x4 at 8.30 this morning and they said they would be out by 12. By 12.15 I was mobile again and a new barrel is on order.

We are always hearing about the bad service we receive so I thought I would let you know about good service.

indies will mostly be good cos they got more to lose than the big boys .... stick with them if you like them ... thuz one not too far from me thats run by a real nice bloke free advice and a good cuppa always on offer .....

depends which guy you go to. Theres a tall guy with black hair, he seems to charge a normal going rate, but the other guy, looks like sirius black from harry potter, he's decent. He quoated me 70quid to change my front suspension for me, specially seeing as he'd have to burn some out thought it was good price. Where do you go?

oh, and its metallica chick, but most ppl just say MC :D
 
like i said previous i aint had a problem with paddocks , yet , but if i need it now i go to landranger in atherton ..... proper nice bloke ... when he gets to know ya he'll have a chat and put ya rite .... good prices too ...

i find A1 good, and the breakers is good too. Different company mind, but noddy's a good guy, charges £25 a tyre, any tyre, if there mounted then usually he dont want the steel back but wants alloys back unless you pay an extra tenner. We got 2 pirelli scorps for the 300 18 months ago for £50, well happy
 
no its the other side, near the council tip, both the breakers and indy is there, there are more breakers are pimhole, but the one near the tip is landys only
