Waste of time for any reason unless you want the person you run over to be impressed or you park with the bonnet open so people can admire your expensive addons.
As far as I know, to gain any performance benefits you would also need to carry out a lot of additional work to improve breathing/gas flow, plus your insurer would class the headers (on their own) as a modification
