It looks like its had a complete rebuild as opposed to being looked after. Those are new arches and paintwork.
And that being the case why wouldn't you say much more in the ad. If its well looked after you would gush about it surely.

my 92 200 has same steering wheel too.
Puddle on drivers footwell could mean issue with bulkhead. Seems at least the windscreen surround has been changed, if not more (as the red paint as mentioned by previous poster).
Bulkhead is different tiny to the wings, which would suggest either only repainted the bulkhead, or it's been replaced (might tie up with windscreen surround too).
The inside looks tatty compared to the outside. If it was kept in that good condition on the out, why not on the inside?
Would be interesting to see though. Same colour as mine and I would be happy if I could get mine to that condition
