hi,

got a 1994 disco 1 with steel rims (not original landy ones) and the rims have got some bf goodrich tires on currently that are more like sliks than off road tires; but had a look round what seems to be every tire website and cant find the tires i want for my rim size :/ the current tire size is - 225/75/r16, i am after some more 'wild' tires to replace them, these ones are what im after - but they dont make this style in the size i need will a 265/75/r16 tyre fit my rims?????

Original equipment sizen on a Discovery 1 was either 205/80 R16 or 235/70 R16.

Search for wild tyres in those sizes and you'll find more bang for your buck.

I went for something a bit more wild and a little bit bigger when I fitted new rubber on my Discovery

Read the sticky at the top of the forum. Tyres - most FAQ and the locals will skin you alive for not searching/reading the stickies.
