Not picked it up yet. Looked over it though and its grand.
So thats my 300tdi disco, dads 200tdi disco, and toms 109". My nieghbour is gonna be even more jealous than normal.

so, time for the inevitable.
What could i try to do to improove "performance".
I've heard range rover diffs is one thing, which ones?
and an overdrive but not sure what that involves and isnt that expensive?
Anythin else?

put a 200 Tdi in it, but take the turbo off unless you have an endless supply of diffs UJs and drive shafts

..... maybe you didnt get my "performance" bit....
i mean like improove mpg and not dropping a 200tdi in, cos i cant afford that or spare the time or know what we're doing.
but good idea was considering but really dont know. do have the disco to worry about (front suspension kit sat around for 2 months, and it REALLY needs a new gearbox)

is it the 10 spline RR diffs that go in? theres a guy on fleabay who has 10 apparently
