Hi, Looking forward to having some conversations and learning about my land rover and others. I recently purchased a 1966 Land rover series 2a 88 station wagon locally in Northeast PA. The car has been sitting for at least 20 years. Last inspection sticker was from 94. The person I bought it from said it was converted to gas. It had no ignition key and a lot of stale fuel. After a few days I did get it running. I replaced the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder and got the clutch working but then found out that clutch plate was frozen. So after numerous attempts with truck in gear on a Jack and releasing it, it finally broke free and got to drive it around my field with auxiliary tank. Now replaced fuel pump and started on redoing brake master cylinder and brake cylinders BUT today noticed antifreeze in oil and the radiator has foamy antifreeze. Head Gasket? Could there be anything else. Thanks Again

Hello and welcome from me:)
Good to see another old truck rescued from the grave yard so good on you!
Post tech issues in the series sub forum, that place will have a lot more traffic than the intro forum so more chance of help.
Click on 'forums' top left of your screen and scroll down to you find the sub forum you need:)

Welcome and well done for taking on the old girl. If water is getting into the oil then head gasket if you are lucky, cracked block if you are not. The Series guys will no doubt give what support they can, albeit at range.
