Hi Iv had these springs fitted with fox shocks front is fine but I seem to be getting what sounds like the bump stops hitting the axle over speed ramps etc! I did put a blob of grease on the bump stop to see if that was the problem, It was definitely hitting the axle so I cut them down to compensate for the 1 inch dropped springs, I also put isolators in the top of the rear springs but it still bumps the axle! The only thing that I can think now is the these springs are ment to be standard spec in terms of ride rating but I’mconvinced the terrafirma springs are softer and springier!
Does anyone relate to this issue and had similar experience?

Yes I wanted to lower in slightly to get in the garage plus make it handle better, iv also installed the alive tuning 25mm rear arb!
Hmm. Well, it appears that it will handle perfectly in the garage. Other than that, you're going to have to drive very slowly over bumps. And don't leave the tarmac.

Funny you say that because after measuring the height before changing the springs it was 87cm and now it’s 85.5 so has actually only dropped it 1 and 1/2 cm so it really should make any difference! Besides I’m looking for help not criticisms!

How many turns of the spring have you removed?
At the top/base of the spring is where the most resistance is this is why there are extra Turns.

Oh & welcome

This is the 'introduction' area not the 'i've got a problem' area.

If you look at the "forums" (by clicking the button top left, helpfully labled "Forums") a list appears. There are separate forums for each type of landrover you have. If you have a Defender 90/110/130, or a Discovery, or a Freelander or a Range Rover you click on that specific forum and start a new thread with your problem - thats where you will get the most help.....
