Has anyone had much trouble getting the HD driving members (with screw down cap) to go on the splines of the halfshafts on 110 rear axle?
I just fitted one , had to drive it on , quite vigorously ! The other doesnt want to start . spline count is right , before anyone thinks im trying to fit a 24 spline on the 10 spline end !!

Yep had exactly the same issue, took the two I had back to Keith Gott's and we got the remaining stock of 7 drive members and tried them on a brand new CV, only one fitted correctly and one was slightly tight, the remaining ones (including the two I had bought) wouldn't fit and were going to be sent back to manufacturer. I took the good and slightly tight one in exchange. Effectively only 2 out of 9 fitted and they were different batch numbers.

Have one fitted on o/s rear , and a tight fit on o/s front , right bl0@dy game ! will be on phone a.m. see what they have in stock . precision engineering NOT

Rang at 0930 , having IT probs will get back to me.
Rang again at about 1300 , have all my details will call me right back
Result heard nothing yet !
