Havin trouble finding out whether the 300 defender temp sender will fit the 300 disco engine. It looks smaller in the picture and I cant find a comparison on Paddocks site.

What I'm trying to do is fit the defender 300 tdi sender and se if it'll work ok on the 300 in me 90.
If not I can get a 90 / 110 - 300 tdi temp gauge to match it.

Hoping that if I put a defender sender in the 300 it will match my 90 temp gauge

Yes your 300tdi Defender sensor will fill and work with the original gauge. The newer style gauges work the same with that sender. Guess how I know after buying a newer style dashboard ?

Wouldn't get that information in a search so ta very much.

When you are having problems with yer temp sender you really need a temp sender compatibility section
