Checking the wiring loom to the turbo solenoid actuator and 2 of the wires going into the plug have a loose fitting grey ring around them, maybe plastic or ceramic material just wondering what it does and does it need fixing in a certain position on the wires? Nothing wrong with the wiring but the turbo linkage seized up so soaking overnight.
