Hi. Trying to sort out the heated screens on my 2004 xs.
Do both the front and rear buttons click and stay on or is it just the rear screen?

Should push in and pop out, like a momontary switch would. lil orange light comes on to indicate the screen is 'on', for the front anyway. Cant remember heated rear tho

As above pushing and spring out, both have switch illumination and there should be a large orange light lit in the speedo console when rear screen heater is on,

Heated rear screen is a latching switch and will stay on until you turn it off.
Heated front screen switch is non latching, pressing the switch operates the heating elements on a ten minute timer, which will turn itself off either after the time has elapsed, or if you turn off the ignition.
Pressing the switch again will also reset/turn off the heated front screen.

The indicator light for the heated rear screen is in the warning lights on the dash while the indicator light for the heated front screen is on the switch.

Stripped and cleaned switches. All working this morning cheers!!!
