Just bought a 2000 td5 90 from a garage. when i went to look at it it had a squel that sounded like alternator belt. so garage fit new belt and i went to pik up still squeling bad as soon as started then still doesnt go off. drove home. apply belt dressing. start up fine. leave for alf hour. start squeling again? searched threads and found this thing about the exhaust manifolds? or is it more likely to be a bearing? garage seem to think just the belt and quite unintrested so would realy like to diagnose it then take it back under warranty and make them fix it.
