I have read removing the 1st box from exhaust improves performance. Can any one tell me....does this mean noise level is still below test limit. and
Does it work

I think you are referring to the cat and not the silencer.

I have done that today only now using the front box and redirected the the pipe so it comes out in front of the back wheel,sounds good .
