Hi -

Few used but good bits which are no use to me, not having either a TD5 or a Puma! Plus a few other bits that aren't specific to either.

Defender TD5 Air filter box to turbo rigid hose
Genuine, part no. PHD103990.
Good working order, with suitable hoseclips.

£30

Defender 90 (Puma) Dixon-Bate / LR tow bar, with ball tow-hitch slider, no pin
Genuine, I believe part number is VPLDT0084.
Good shape, some (very) superficial rust. Off a 2013 90.

£30

Defender TD5 MAF
Genuine used, good working order.
£30

Defender rear folding step
Genuine Land Rover, part no STC7632, in good shape, bit of really superficial rust in the usual spots but nothing that wouldn't come off easily or affects it at all. Off a 2013 90.
£30

Will have a few more bits as and when...

Prefer cash on collection from near Sherborne, Dorset - may post hose and MAF at cost.

Also

Carling switch (complete) -
Three position 20A switch with the black plastic (not rubber) front (same as here)
Never fitted. Not 100% sure whether it's the Off-On-On or On-Off-On. But it's one or the other! If vital I can find out. I'd keep it but really not in keeping with either vehicle I have now. Have all the relevant labels so can put one on if you know what you're planning to use it for!

£10

Defender cubby / seat box tray
Genuine, part no FHS500290PUY. Out of a 2013, very light use, in good shape.
£40

[Happy to post any of these above items at cost.]

Happy to swap any of these things (plus or minus cash either way) for a Discovery steel wheel (NTC5193PM) that's structurally sound (don't care about appearance), as I've got 4 in decent nick and one rusted right through from the back (note to self, spare wheel covers are the devil's work!),

or a single (or matched pair of) 7.50R16 AT tyre of any kind with no cracks and a decent bit of tread still on them!

or a (complete) paper version of the genuine parts catalogue or workshop manuals for Series 2a or 1986 Ninety or overhaul / tuning manual (/similar) for Rover V8 (with SU carbs)

or a sound and not-very-rusty exhaust manifold for either Range Rover Classic V8 or 2.5 NA diesel.

Is the MAF still available? Do you know how old it is? Are you certain that it is a healthy unit and will it fit a TD5 Disco 2 ?

Hi Flatfour - it was off a 1998 so sometime between then and when I got it about 3 years ago. I'm not 100% sure if it's the same fit as a Disco as it was off a Defender - I expect it is but can't guarantee it! It was fine when I took it out so I don't see why it wouldn't be fine now.

Ok thanks, are you able to post a couple of pictures of the Maf and I will try and see if it is the same as the one fitted to my Father in laws TD5 Disco? I would think somewhere on the unit there would be a manufacture date as well. Thanks.

Hi Flatfour - Paddocks say it's the same one for Defender and Discovery 2 TD5. Only digits I can see on it anywhere are 1201, no idea whether that means anything though!
