I'm going to be changing my headgasket on my 03 15pTD5.

It's done 139k and I belive never been opened up before but now I'm getting over pressurisation and loss of water throuh it forcing out water through expansion cap and creating the odd leak.

I have never compltly done a head gasket on my own before and on smaller belt driven petrols so I will have to get someone in to look at timing etc

I'm going to be changing obviously the head gasket, manifolds etc I've already changed to wurth studs and De webbed exhaust.

Looking at changing glow plugs, injector washers, water pump, injector loom. Full service, sump gasket and lock tight oil pump bolt.

What else would you recommend I do while I'm at it?

Thanks in advance

Fuel pressure regulator gasket, valve seals, and the cam opening seals would be ones I'd add to the growing list. Cheap whilst the heads off. Whilst my sump was off, I wish Id have changed the big end bearings, as its a little knocky now.

I am after a cylinder head for my TD5, which I thought would be simple, I have had it for 4 weeks
and now find that I need a head.
But even that is not as simple as I thought, what the heck is the difference between a 10p and a 15p?
And are they interchangeable?
