I'd like to fit a Td5 fuel tank into my '94 300Tdi Defender apart from the obvious items I'll need, fuel tank, filler, longer fuel lines, pump can anyone else think of anything I'll need.......

Also has anyone done this conversion and have any tips / advice.:alien:

never done it but will need ,different roll bar cradle and brackets secured to chassis exhaust checking

As above and the rear x member will need surgery if you intend using the td5 tank strap/cradle

Would it be easier to get tdi one???

Even easier to get a Jerry can and keepthe tank you've got.
