Hello

I have just bought an ex military 110 td5 defender! I love it and it is a much improvement on my previous 2.5 na!

I was wondering if anyone knows an easy way of fitting a basic CD/mp3 player to a very very basic td5?

I would really appreciate any directions!

Cheers

Xander

I have CD player fitted but its worse than useless because it jumps at every bump in the road. My solution was to connect my iPod to the player and now no more jumping - ever. Also dont need to carry loads of CDs around.

Sometimes the simplest idea is the best one. Only took me a year of messing about to realise the CD player had an aux input.

I'm still rocking the mini disc. They don't jump, but at some point I'm going to have to get an i-watsit and keep up with the times.
Piece of **** to fit. Pick up a power supply constant live and also ignition fed live - dont forget inline fuses. After that wire up speakers, aerial (may need 12v feed).
Or if you want it simplier, run a cable from the battery, but remember to switch off the radio when your done. Theres various options out there for mounting a radio. I went for a raptor dash as I have a CB, extra 12v sockets and a pile of switches for extra gear.
