I'm looking for a diagnostic tool for my D90 TD5 (year 2000). However, I would prefer a tool which also can record live data. Looking at Nanocom and Hawkeye - they do not have this option - right?

Any suggestions?

Hawkeye will let you look at but won't record live data. Nanocom conversely will save live data to internal memory (mk1) or to a SD card (mk2 aka Evolution).

New Nanocom Evolution is already out, far better tool than Hawkeye.
