has anyone had to replace the viscus fan hub bearing that sits behind the pulley to the fan,if so what is best way to do it,prob is there has been a terible metal on metal rattle that goes if you take belt of,so isnt a internal eng prob,its either pas pump water pump,pulleys vac pump that piggy bacs alternator,or that vis fan hub bearing,as i have changed the fan unit,pas pump and water pump,thanks any help well needed cheers

check for play in all the pulleys to find the scrape.

I have a FEELING that you gotta push the bearings out from the back of the plate.
