Hey Chaps,

In the middle of having my Defender serviced and I dispise the man I bought it from, but thats another story.

Basically my clutch is on its way out and I need a new one fitted.

What parts are best to use? Genuine LR parts again or somthing from Ashcroft?

Should I replace the dual mass flywheel as well?

Thanks.

Rookie Question, were DMFs standard on all Td5 Defenders from 1999 on?

Also, I plan on pulling the engine, and replacing the clutch friction material (not the entire assembly),
are all aftermarket friction sections of similar quality?

Thanks.
