Hello all just a quick enquiry. I at the moment own a 300 tdi that is used for work and heavy towing. The time has come to replace this vehicle and the bride has a 2000 td5 that she also wants to replace. My question is, are any of the suspension lift kits available for the 300 compatible with the td5 because i would rather have conventional springs with extra height. i have seen kits to change from air to springs but these seem expensive in comparison. I relise that the slabs ecu will have to be reprogrammed, but do i need anything extra. Cheers

All you need is a kit to change to coils, paddocks sell this for about £100. However you can't beat the air springs for towing. Good luck.

The Disco 1 and 2 springs fit differently, so no not compatible, but why do you ask that anyway ?

Its not clear "what" you want to do as you mention both vehicles
