Changed sensor on td5 was fine for few miles then come up no voltage when insert it into the hub.

how did you measure? you must lift that wheel, spin it and check for AC voltage...also the sensor must have between 950 -1100 ohm ..if it's so it means you need to replace the hub as the reluctor ring doesnt 'excite' the sensor
