Hi all, I washed the car last Thursday & haven't used it since, today because there's been no rain & the wind has dried my drive I noticed a lot of claret (oats coolant) under the front bumper it's coming from the l/h side (looking from the front)below the corner of the rad. & running along to the gap in the bumper where the tow eye is. I only fitted this on 7/6/18 & it's done 25,000 miles since. I can't remember the make but I would have hoped it would last longer than this. Can anyone recommend a decent make of rad please? I'll know more if I get a chance to get it off tomorrow but I can't see anything hitting it as it's stuck behind the condensing rad.:(

Hi, thanks for that. I ordered a Nissin rad. on Wed. just waiting for it to arrive. The condenser rad. for the air con was Nissin when I did that (along with the eng. rad). I'm not sure what make I fitted last time but I'm a bit miffed it's failed so quickly. I'd be surprised if the leak was caused by anything hitting it, as it would have had to get through the plastic fr. bumper, past the thick alloy bumper, through the condenser rad. then hit the eng. rad ! (the hole is level with all the solid parts of the 'bumpers')
