Swivel ball fluid / grease renewal

Here's how Ah did it;)

Ah started off by cutting the top of an old 5ltr container....

Down to the swivel housing. Ah removed the filler plug first as it would be a bugger if ah drained it and couldn't get the thing out!...

Ye'll notice that the filler plug is square, but ye can get a socket on it;)

Next was the drain plug...

started to undo it...

then stuck the container below it (saves getting grease or oil over the wheel)...

and removed the plug to let old stuff drain....

once drained completely, ah stuck the drain plug back in....

Time for filling.
Before ye start to refill the swivel housing, it's a really guid idea to turn the wheel outwards. This lets ye get the grease right inside and not up against the side of the ball!
Another wee tip, if using one of these....

don't cut the end off where the dotted line is marked. Ah cut it halfway between the tip and dotted line as ah could get it a little further in;)

Anyways, it's just a case of squeezing the one-shot in....

and replacing the filler plug.

That's it, job done ;):D
