Anyone got them on their Defender?

Quite fancy raising the hight of my truck (just a little) but dont want to go down the route of a full-on 2" lift kit; has anyone any experience of these in a 110 (above ad only mentions on a 90), and would they work ok if I also added wheel spacers?
