If he can remove the headliner recover it and refit it in three hours, he is a better man than i am Gungadin. ;):D

Had good long chat with him yesterday and that's what he is doing every day so it's like working on an assembly line once you know the job inside out
you become good at it
I will go and see him to see if his work matches his talk as he is not far from me

You could come down on a jolly for a few days, there are some good places to do some off roading
They have regular meetings a mile up the road from me

There is also a chap near Taunton that does it while you wait although I haven't tried him yet and have not had any feedback

I took the head lining out of the d2 several times fixing sunroof leaks over a week or so i think i got it down to 20 mins to remove and another 20mins to refit.

Pretty sure when i did the p38 it didnt take much longer but i didnt remove the sunroof or blind i recoverd the blind in situ and all looks good.

By the way this guy spoke he allows himself about an hour for each part of the operation! and is quite happy doing just one a day makes me think
he is not one of the greedy types that only do it for the money! plus he is a LR nut so that helps
