:D got my spanners and sockets out today and tackled the pinion seal

got the old metal one out with only minimal difficulty, (did bend it badly though but its rubbish anyway)

cleaned everything with wax and grease remover, wiped a thin layer of fresh grease on everything, packed the seal with grease and then dipped it in EP90

bolted it all back together, filled the diff up and its perfect, not leaking a drop :D so im pleased as punch (landy still only gets 15mpg though)

got some pics but im only dialup speed at the moment so its a mission to upload them

Well done I did mine this week as well, the old metal one was murder to get out and the rubber one at the front was pushed right in so glad I got them sorted!
