i assume the lights etc all fit in the space but the part i was wondering is how the lights mount, i have been told its a bolt on job but myself can't see it

3.5 RR body shell with disco front wings (modified) with a disco bonnet and grill.
Would have looked better with 3.9 body shell maybe, but still very nice :)

I think I saw the same discussion on the Discovery owners facebook page. I hadn't come across it before either.

Do have to admit the Orange one with a disco front end posted above does look awesome :D

Woah, slow down. You mean 3.5 is different to 3.9? I didn't know that. What's the difference?

3.5 has the lower fuel flap 3.9 doesn't, 3.5 has exposed front door hinges 3.9 doesn't.

The extra 0.4 litre does make a difference, as I found out once when a 3.9 passed me on a fairly steep hill out of Otley, if you know it, I was heading up to Blubber Houses.

Know that road well, the start an homeward run from many a great laning trip.

I loved overtaking my brothers 2.25 88 up East Chevin Road once I replaced the Perkins in my old 109 with a 3.5 from an SD1
