But you might want to check the other end is connected to where it should be.

Iirc , you should have one on each axle, one on the gearbox and one on the t box.

As above they are breather pipes, from axles that run up into engine bay. (To stop water ingress when wading)

Ok cool. Should they be attach at the top or just float around?

They don’t attach to anything on top, they are open pipes. Just cable tie them securely so they are nice and high out of the way.

Mine just end up hooked over the last pipe, cable, wire I moved them onto to get them out of the way..... ;-) A
