My 58 plate has a strange grumble/rumble/vibration at around 45/50 mph but not all the time can't even place where it is .
It kind of grumbles a bit then it's gone sometimes under light acceleration sometimes on steering lightly to the right
Any ldeas or help
Cheers

If you can feel it through the floor, it could be propshaft related. The centre bearing is supported in a rubber housing, which has been known to fail. Its not easy to see, as it's well hidden, but it's possible to look at the bearing with a torch.

Cheers will investigate, it's my first freelander always had disco's and full fats.
So I need pointing in the right direction

To be fair, there's little difference to the way the propshaft is supported for any LR, as most use 2 piece propshafts, with a central support bearing housed in a rubber bearing support.

Just in reply to nodge68 understood and I agree ,
But sometimes a bit of first hand knowledge saves alot of investigation
But thanks for the input its appreciated
