Ok I'm in need of some help diagnosing my problem.

If I just in my 90 in the morning I can drive it to work as normal 30minute drive with no problems atall.

When I get to work and park up, turn the engine off come back about two minutes later I can't select any gears, the leaver physical can't be pushed into the gear. If I turn the engine off gears can be selected as normal, if I start in gear the clutch slightly drags (pulls the 90, but only slightly and the clutch works partially) if I try to drive the 90 it doesn't free off I'm just stuck in gear if I really force it out of gear I then can't select another gear.

If I then leave the 90 for 5 minutes I can jump back in it and drive it as normal (half hour to the next job) but if I stop for a couple of minutes I get the same problem.

Does anyone have any ideas atall what the problem could be?

I'm getting no strange noises, and I have replaces both the master and slave cylinder.

Thanks for the reply yes, Iv tried pumping the pedal, there is nothing that will free it off. But if I turn it off, come back 5 mins later it works as normal.

Had a similar problem with a transit van some years back, eventually the clutch gave up, turned out it was a sign that the clutch plate needed changing.

I had a similar problem on a series and it turned out to be the crank bearings were worn allowing the crank to move backwards and forwards marginally.

If you have changed the cylinders, then the next step is change the clutch I'm afraid. May be the pressure plate.
