Just bought my first Landy. Why? Well I needed a car (first and foremost) and as a stormchser I wanted something that I'd be confident driving through water, mud, hail, ice and snow. (I live in Derbyshire/Staffordshire boarders so we do get the white stuff)
Got a Freelander 1 HSE td4 2.0D auto has a few minor issues but for a 54 plate thats already done 127k thats to be expected I guess.
Side steps ordered, head light guards already fitted, 4 spot rig next month, DAB installed.
Looking for a decent magentic roof mount for the weather station after that (might go with a taxi light kit) and a hi-gain external 3g ariel (for mobile wi-fi)
