will a 2015 steering wheel be a straight slimline swap on my 2004 90?

No, a 2015 wheel won't have the prongs on the back of the wheel that cancel the indicators. 2015 on defenders have a different setup to cancel the indicators.

I have never seen the cancelling function checked at a Mot - over here we sit in the car and operate the lights at the testers command. They then get in to test the brakes.

My steering wheel has the prongs and it still doesn't cancel on my 1989 90 haha. You soon get used to doing that manually
