Hi Guys,
My Disco 2 makes a slight whiring noise when I'm standing still as I try turn the wheel left hand down (only to left turn, not right). It's not loud, you can feel it slightly in the steering wheel as you turn the wheel.

Any ideas what this may be?

My power steering fluid is not low at all.
