Hiya guys n gals

My 04 freelander has powder coated steel wheels which are just starting to go rusty at the edges whats the best product to tart them up with any ideas?

halfords wheel paint easy to do either mask of the tyre or just use some thin card no need to take them off, obviously thell need a rough up/rub down/wire brush, i got some wheel stickers also from fleabay..
